1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ovulation & Period Tracker you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Not medical advice
Articles, insights, baby-development information and tips in Ovulation & Period Tracker are general information only. Always consult a doctor, midwife or other qualified professional about your health, your pregnancy or any symptom that worries you. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something in the app.
In an emergency — for example heavy bleeding, severe pain, reduced baby movements or signs of labour — contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services immediately. Kick counter and contraction timer tools are for your records only and do not monitor you or your baby.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ovulation & Period Tracker. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you should use Ovulation & Period Tracker with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Your account
You can sign up with email and password or with Google. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access. You're responsible for activity on your account. We recommend enabling app lock if others use your phone.
5. Licence & acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Ovulation & Period Tracker for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, redistribute or resell the app, its content or illustrations.
- Reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows.
- Attempt to access another person's account or data, or probe or disrupt our services.
- Use Ovulation & Period Tracker for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your data
Everything you log in Ovulation & Period Tracker remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it (Privacy → Export data) or delete it with your account (Settings → Delete account) at any time. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log — predictions are only as good as the data behind them.
7. Predictions & reminders
Cycle, period, ovulation and due-date predictions are estimates based on averages and the entries you provide. Real bodies vary with stress, illness, medication, age and many other factors. Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery optimisation and operating system, and we can't guarantee every reminder will be delivered on time. Don't rely on Ovulation & Period Tracker alone for time-critical medication.
8. Intellectual property
Ovulation & Period Tracker, including its name, logo, design, illustrations, editorial content and software, is owned by Gree Web Solutions and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Android and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Pricing
Ovulation & Period Tracker is currently free to use, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If we introduce optional paid features, they will be billed through the app store under its terms, and we'll update these Terms before they're offered. Features currently marked “Coming soon”, such as the Luna assistant, may change or never launch.
10. Third-party services
Ovulation & Period Tracker relies on Google Firebase for sign-in, storage and crash reporting, and on Google sign-in if you choose it. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms. We aren't responsible for outages or changes to third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Ovulation & Period Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that predictions will be accurate. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gree Web Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, pregnancy, or decision made in reliance on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Ovulation & Period Tracker in the 12 months before the claim, which is currently zero. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Termination
You can stop using Ovulation & Period Tracker and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put other users or our services at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive — including the medical disclaimer, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability — continue after termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gree Web Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
15. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms as Ovulation & Period Tracker evolves. We'll change the “Last updated” date and notify you in the app about material changes. Continuing to use Ovulation & Period Tracker afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
